Apricot Productions

Founded in Berlin in 2019, Apricot Productions is an international platform and network for multidisciplinary artists. Originally established as a creative services firm specializing in production, marketing, distribution, and press, the company has since evolved into a comprehensive ecosystem that functions as both a platform for contemporary work and a media archive. Through its editorial arm, Apricot Press, the organization preserves the projects it supports via podcasts, reviews, and features. Most notably, the firm has produced works at prestigious venues including K3 in Hamburg, the DDD Festival in Porto, and Radialsystem, Sophiensæle, and Ballhaus Ost in Berlin. In just six years, the company has supported more than 300 artists and established its community pillar, Rooted, which hosts workshops, festivals, and webinars focused on inclusion and sustainability for future creators. Following a leadership transition in 2025, the company is now directed by Angela Fegers, who leads the primary focus on marketing and distribution with the support of other freelance producers.
